Improve the aesthetics of the entrance sign at the corner of Kimball Ave. and College Ave.
In addition to the West Stadium Project, a new, more noticeable and attractive entrance sign will provide the initial 'WOW' factor for K-State sports fans coming down Kimball Ave and College Ave.
