By recognizing the history of K-State and its impact on the region, our sense of identity can be expanded while educating students and faculty about the past (and potentially adding economic value). A campus-wide program of historic preservation and education should be developed that integrates various departments and approaches to historic research, evaluation, preservation, and education.
