One of the easiest and most cost effective way to reduce energy consumption and their resulting costs would be to replace old single pane glass windows on campus with more energy efficient double pane windows. Buildings all across campus could easily benefit from this simple renovation. Buildings like Willard, Eisenhower, Weber, and most of the Dorms could all use this upgrade. The utility savings could then be used to provide additional capital for future K-State campus renovations.
