Let’s say you are in charge of prioritizing campus physical improvements. How would you spend a limited amount of money (say $500,000) to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

Have Ag and HMD students work together to run a lunch shop in the Union using K-State grown food. This would provide practical experience for students and improve the poor choices in the food court that amount to crappy fast food or an expensive salad bar.
