Let’s say you are in charge of prioritizing campus physical improvements. How would you spend a limited amount of money (say $500,000) to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

The wooden boxes that surround the campus trash cans could use improvement or a facelift. Tying in more recycling in the process would be a positive step. These trash cans look dumpy.
