Let’s say you are in charge of prioritizing campus physical improvements. How would you spend a limited amount of money (say $500,000) to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

To increase recycling, it would be convienent if at every trashcan outside and inside k-state, there was a recycling bin. Mixed bins allowing students not to have to sort their recycling would also increase recycling.
