Whether they include personal vehicle charging... this would help encourage more use of electric scooters on for commuting to campus.

Since currently scooters are to be parked in the same place as bicycles, but they don't fit nicely into the bike racks for locking. So, we're supposed just trust that they won't get ticketed for being locked up against something else or walk away on their own?
