Let’s say that the University received a significant donation of several million dollars. How would you spend the money to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

The powerplant and the Counseling Services building occupy prime locations for higher use and density academic buildings. These need to be removed/replace. The powerplant should be distributed to smaller satellite locations and should be reconfigured to incorporate renewable resources for generation.
