If K-state wants to be one of the top 50 research schools in the country, then the workspace for this research needs to represent this. Laboratories that i have seen, especially Seaton BAE labs are in need of remodeling. New equipment has been bought but the layouts of these labs do not fit well with these new machines.

Just saying, our research laboratories could get a makeover.
