Currently iTAC and other parts of the greater IT infrastructure is located in Hale Library in various locations and also spread out around campus. It makes it hard for students to find where to get help with their IT related problems as well as collaborate on various IT related problems around campus. Having a centralized location would help IT to better help the campus.
