There are many things that could be focused on...reduction of overall energy use, growing food for use in our dining halls, reusing all the greywater generated on campus, improving insulation in our buildings, improving alternative transportation methods like cycling, walking, and shuttles...the list goes on and on. All these things make our campus a better place for everyone, decrease our impact on the environment, and save money. It pays off in the long run, which is what this is all supposed to be about...working towards a better future at K-State.
