Let’s say you are in charge of prioritizing campus physical improvements. How would you spend a limited amount of money (say $500,000) to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

Renovate a current open space on campus to encourage a variety of uses. Most spaces are currently lawn, so providing outdoor class space, small gathering areas, and other amenities for different activities would improve the use of open space.
