Let’s say you are in charge of prioritizing campus physical improvements. How would you spend a limited amount of money (say $500,000) to improve some physical aspect of the campus?

Other campuses have at least one bicycle repair shop on campus for their students to use. It could go in at the Rec, or be more centrally located on campus.
