With the university having a conference planning office, it does not get much exposure through their current location in the Division of Continuing Education. With the push on campus for all conferences, meetings, and events go to through Continuing Education, it only makes sense to centralize this unit and make it more visible for the campus faculty and student groups. The staffing and office infrastructure is already in place. It is a matter of moving this group to a central location and putting on high quality events in the most visible area on campus!
