What are some examples of locations ( i.e. streets, intersections, crosswalks, paths) on campus where you feel unsafe walking, bicycling, or driving?

Limit Cars on Campus between 8:00am and 3:00pm

There are too many cars on campus. It's incredibly inefficient, as evidenced by the huge lines of cars stopped at crosswalks and stop signs. More importantly, however, it creates an environment where one feels unsafe crossing the street, even at a designated crosswalk. Drivers get impatient having to wait, and begin to creep forward towards the crosswalk. If the smallest opening in foot traffic appears, drivers try to "shoot the gap," which is very unsafe for all involved. My idea would be to close Claflin and Mid-Campus roads to through-traffic between 8 and 3 on school days.
