This intersection is awful! Almost all four-way stops seem to have some problem, but this one is the worst I've ever seen, especially during heavy pedestrian traffic times. There's always five or more cars at each stop sign, and tons of students crossing. Students don't think about which car should be going, and cars get frustrated with students crossing in front of them and don't wait their turn or take someone else's turn. There's been times when I've had to sit at that intersection for 10 minutes waiting to go. (Granted, I'm not a person who "shoots the gap" or takes someone's turn while they are waiting for pedestrians.) I think there should be some sort of sky-walk over this area for pedestrians, since this intersection is such a high traffic area for cars and pedestrians. If not a sky-walk, then some other way for pedestrians to cross safely. I am sometimes scared to cross here when I'm walking because I know drivers get frustrated and etc. Would love to see improved traffic here. It's just an unsafe place.
