What are some examples of locations ( i.e. streets, intersections, crosswalks, paths) on campus where you feel unsafe walking, bicycling, or driving?

This is used more in major metro areas, but it could be adapted to work here. The idea is that you set up access stations around campus and a bike at an access station is free to use by anybody who needs it. You just drop it off at the access station nearest to your destination. Some places have metered them, or made it so you had to check it out using some kind of ID or membership card. KSU ID cards would work for this. Inexpensive bikes could be purchased for the program, and unclaimed bikes recovered by KSUPD could also be used. I realize this is a "pie in the sky" idea, but I'm throwing it out there for discussion.
